Saveh rolling and profile mills main goal is to attract the satisfaction and confidence of its customers.
Reaching that goal requires the use of Quality management systems in building up the client's confidence that his specific needs are satisfied with high-quality products.
Since the outset of our activity quality has been the most crucial and the most important principle of production at our mills. In 1995 the quality management system was designed and executed according to ISO 9002 (94) Standard and in 1996 the factory was granted the certificate of compliance with the above mentioned standard by DNV organization. Starting in the year 2000 the quality management system was redesigned and implemented based on ISO 9001 (2000) standard and in July of that year DNV issued the related compliance certificate.

Moreover for provided the requirements of our customers in the petroleum , petrochemical and natural Gas Industry in the year 2000 requirements of the API Q1 spec 5L standard was designed and executed and granted the certificate of compliance with the above mentioned and ISO 9001 (2000) standard by MIC organization. In 2006, we succeeded in obtaining the certificate according to ISO/TS 29001 (2003) standard in the petroleum, petrochemical and natural Gas Industry from MIC organization, in addition to extending our above – mentioned certificate. Quality management systems are the most important tools to guarantee the quality of the manufactured products.

Wherever it deems necessary, our company uses available techniques such as DOE, SPC, PFMEA and other problem solving.
Tools like mistake proofing techniques to attain analysis objectives.
Among principles of Quality Management system we emphasize the qualification criteria of the personnel and the constant self – analysis of training methods which are the most important tools to make us sure things are done right from the start.
Recruitment of motivated and qualified personnel with the view of constantly improving every step of the process of the quality control system is instrumental in increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing the level of productivity
